"By the time we see the moon we wake up in a new room, still thankful for these, our many gifts. We run by day, we live it and breath it. We're the best of the best and we just don't care, we'll ride on south, and finish out the summer down below the Delaware."*
We rode for 62 miles into Port Jarvis, NY, where we were able to stand in three states (NY, NJ, Penn) at once! However, the highlight of the day was still crossing the Hudson River, which provided amazing views. The next day we rode for a short but hilly 55 miles into Mount Pocono, PA, and once again, my highlight of the day was crossing a river - this time the Delaware. The roads through the Delaware River Gap National Recreation Area were beautiful, and we also went on a side adventure up to an amazing waterfall in the park. Today we went for a nice, easy 54 miles and we are gearing up to saddle up for 96 miles into State College, PA tomorrow!
