As you know, I am interested in experiencing life to its fullest - I want a wide diversity of experiences in my life, and I also want to experiment with a wide variety of tips, tricks, and biohacks to be better at whatever it is I am doing.

So, I will be posting a weekly challenge to all of you. Try the challenge! Then, post your experience with it here on the blog! Or, email me with whatever your experience was.

The goal is to try something new each week, challenge yourself, or to test out a new life-hack idea and see if it works for you.

This week, I want to challenge you to buy a fruit or vegetable that you have never seen or tried before. If you have local farmer's markets or CSA's, definitely go to them! If you don't have one that you know about right now, just go to the grocery store and find a vegetable or fruit that you have never seen or tried!

Here is a picture of a new vegetable that I found this week - I will let you know how I cooked it and ate it at the end of the week! Happy shopping and eating, and good luck on your challenge!

I ate one of those cauliflower things just a little while ago! But it took me forever to actually cut it up and cook it because I kept counting the spirals - super cool exhibition of fibanocci's number!! Any way you count the spirals, it follows the pattern. Maybe you already knew this, but I thought it was SO COOL!

WAAHHHHH SO COOL!!! I did not know about the fibonacci's number pattern in this vegetable! Thanks for letting me know about it, I am going to go buy more of them now and keep counting the spirals. :) I ate the one I bought last night. Totally a combination between broccoli and cauliflower, both of which I love.
