The Zeo personal sleep monitor has been a really cool experiment for me - basically I am diving into one of the most important, yet most unknown subjects in human health and performance. The results so far have been shocking, so stay tuned for a Course post on this topic.

I don't mean to recommend a second Tim Ferriss book, but it is just SO GOOD.
The War of Art by Steven Pressfield is necessary for any writer - it's not just for artists. It is excellent for helping to boost your ability to get into the creative mindset and write like a champ. So is Yerba Mate.
The Vegetarian Myth should be read cautiously by everyone in the world. Yes, some of the arguments are extreme, but we need to be actively having discussions about the ideas discussed in this book on a large scale. Our health and environment depend on it. Read this book with a constructive skepticism and an open mind.
